Actions designed to help business thrive and grow were published in the 2010 report of the Business Finance Taskforce made up of the major UK banks.

The Taskforce banks, committed to 17 actions in three broad areas: 1) improving customer relationships; 2) ensuring better access to finance; and 3) providing better information and promoting understanding.

These activities now operate under the Better Business Finance programme which continues to evolve
